EPSAN, a global manufacturer of high-performance engineering plastics, wanted to modernize their product presentation as part of a website refresh. Previously, they relied on static images with no interactivity. The goal was to offer a more engaging and dynamic tool to showcase their products.

Our solution enables users, whether online or at trade shows, to explore the full range of automotive products EPSAN manufactures for both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles. With an interactive visual interface, users can easily select the car section they’re interested in and discover the relevant products.

Our solution enables users, whether online or at trade shows, to explore the full range of automotive products EPSAN manufactures for both electric and internal combustion engine vehicles. With an interactive visual interface, users can easily select the car section they’re interested in and discover the relevant products.

 

What challenges did we face?

We had to manage a diverse range of automotive products and create 44 interactive hotspots throughout the car. Each hotspot was designed to provide detailed information about the corresponding spare part, making the configurator intuitive and user-friendly. Both electric and traditional engine components were represented to ensure a comprehensive experience for EPSAN’s customers.

What challenges did we face?

We had to manage a diverse range of automotive products and create 44 interactive hotspots throughout the car. Each hotspot was designed to provide detailed information about the corresponding spare part, making the configurator intuitive and user-friendly. Both electric and traditional engine components were represented to ensure a comprehensive experience for EPSAN’s customers.

How did we manage the project timeline?

The project was initially planned for two months, but extended to three due to delays in receiving some images for the hotspots and the unavailability of key EPSAN staff during summer holidays.

We were proactive in offering solutions and discussing the project scope before submitting our proposal. Once the project was underway, we followed an iterative process, starting with a rough draft that allowed Gülbin and other EPSAN executives to give early feedback. Each version improved based on their input, leading to the final product. Communication was maintained through MS TEAMS for video calls and chats.
